Eligibility and Account Registration

To use BetBrave, you must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction and reside in a country that permits online gambling. Our casino does not accept players from Austria, France and its territories, Germany, the Netherlands and its territories, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States of America and its territories, or the Union of Comoros. We also restrict access from FATF blacklisted jurisdictions and any territory the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority deems prohibited. Players from Ohio are not accepted and receive no bonuses.

You must create only one account with us. Our Terms strictly prohibit the use of a VPN, proxy or any similar service that masks or manipulates your real location. We require that you reside in a jurisdiction where gambling is legally permitted, and any attempt to circumvent this through location-masking tools may result in account suspension or closure.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Currencies

At BetBrave, we accept EUR, USD, CHF and BTC as account currencies, with EUR serving as the reference currency for all limits and fees. We also accept cryptocurrencies including BTC, ETH, USDT, SOL and XRP. Currency conversion is handled manually only, and using multi-currency features for speculative purposes can lead to fee reversal, penalties, confiscation or account closure.

Our minimum withdrawal amount is 10 EUR or the equivalent for every supported payment method; requests below this threshold are returned to your playing balance. We apply a closed-loop withdrawal policy: wherever technically possible, withdrawals return to the same payment method used for your deposit, up to the amount deposited through that method. Amounts above this may be sent to the same method where supported, or to another verified method registered in your name, following additional verification.

Our standard withdrawal limits are 5,000 EUR per day, 25,000 EUR per week and 100,000 EUR per month. Higher limits may be available to eligible VIP players and progressive jackpot winners, subject to review. No withdrawal commission applies if your deposit has been wagered at least once; otherwise, we charge a fee of 8%, with a minimum of 4 EUR. A chargeback or payment reversal administration fee of 50 EUR applies where relevant.

Verification and Anti-Money Laundering

We may require verification at any stage of your relationship with us, including after registration, before or during a withdrawal, or when risk-based triggers are activated. Our KYC and AML policy requires enhanced due diligence once cumulative lifetime deposits reach 10,000 USD, for any withdrawal request regardless of amount, for politically exposed persons, and for players from high-risk jurisdictions. We may request proof of identity, proof of address, proof of ownership of the payment method, and evidence of source of funds or wealth. A selfie or verification call may also be required.

We reserve the right to suspend wagering, deposits and withdrawals until verification is complete. We retain records for at least five years after our relationship with you ends, and we file suspicious activity reports within seven days of detection where required.
